Following on a light fall of snow on the Port Hills and in ?ome portions of Spreydon and Fendalton on Saturday night, yesterday was very cold and to-day was little better. Wet streets and a light sou’-westerly wind made I conditions out of doors unpleasant, I while a ligh shower of rain at noon did not improve the state of the I streets.
