STORE BROKEN INTO AND SAFE OPENED.
Per Press Association. DARGAVTLLE, June 20. Some time between 5 p.m. on Friday night and 8 a.m. on Saturday morning M. J. Nelson’s general store at Whatore was broken into and a heavy safe taken outside and broken open with a sledge hammer and iron bar. The amount stolen consists of £7 in notes cash from a till, as well as a ledger and a cashbox. The safe was damaged beyond repair.
