EMPIRE DIVORCE LAWS MAY BE AMENDED.

February 25. “At present Englishwomen residing in England desiring a divorce from their husbands living in tfic dominions are practically debarred from doing so, it being assumed that they have the same domicile as their husbands,” said Mr Herbert Williams when introducing a Bill in the House of Commons to allow such women to seek a divorce in the English Courts.
