FLASHES FROM WELLINGTON.
(Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON, February 26. Firemen Injured. Owing to the wind changing suddenly three firemen received burns while attempting to subdue an outbreak in gorse in the Kaiwarra Gorge yesterday. Fireman Weakley had to be taken to hospital for treatment of burns on the hands and face. The other two were given first aid treatment.
