By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received February 23-1.50 p.m.) BRISBANE, February 23. The Disputes Cdmmittee of the building trades group of unions has written to the Master Builders’ Association asking the latter to state the conditions under which they will agree to a resumption of work, and also to state whether the master builders would meet the committee in conference.
