ROYAL VISIT WILL NOT STOP WOOL SALES IN AUCKLAND.

(Special to the “Star.”) AUCKLAND. I'ebruar. 19. While the Roval visit is in progress on Tuesday Auckland wool sales will be proceeded with. To a “Star” representative to-day the chairman of the Auckland Woolbrokers’ Association said that this could scarcely be avoided. Representatives of all the woolbuying countries of the world would be present in fulfilment of an exceedingly strenuous programme, and it was they, and not the sellers, who dictated the position. In the circuit*.stances, the association could not take the responsibility of prejudicing the success of the sale, which meant so much to the whole province.
