HEAVY FLOODS IN QUEENSLAND CREATE HAVOC.

Further heavy rain lias caused the cancellation of all northern trains. The Burdekin and Herbert Rivers are flooded, while reports from practically all southern centres state that the flood conditions prevail. Rain is still falling, with every indication of continuing. Three drownings so far have been reported. The town of Nambour is isolated, being surrounded b>* flood waters. Details are meagre as all communications with the flooded districts have been disorganised.
