Katoa arrived at Lyttelton this morning from Auckland with general cargo and cement from Portland. She is expected to sail for Dunedin this evening. Storm was dispatched from Lyttelton last evening for Oamaru and Dunedin. She is expected to return about Thursday to loud for Wellington and WanCalm is due at Lyttelton this morning from Bluff via Dunedin and Timaru. The vessel loads for Wellington and Wanganui. Tees, from the Chathams, arrived yesterday morning with sheep and wool from Waitangi. The vessel will hav. tween decks fitted before she loaves on the return trip to Waitangi to-m«.r-row for a further load of sheep. West Conob left Nelson yesterday afternoon and should arrive at Lyttelton this afternoon to discharge cargo from the Pacific Coast. Progress loaded at Lyttelton yesterday for Wellington, New Plymouth, ami Waikato. The vessel was dispatched from Lyttelton yesterday afternoon. John, from Nelson, Is expected at Lytte.lton to-morrow to load for Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth and Jlokianga. Holmdale, from Dunedin via Oamaru, and Timaru, is expected at Lyttelton on Friday to load for Wellington and Wanganui. Cygnet did not sail for Kaikoura and Wellington last evening, as scheduled, but she will leave Lyttelton for the north this evening. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company's liner Corinthlc arrived at Lyttelton last, evening from Auckland direct. , The vessel loads for London. She will continue loading at Napier and Wclling°Canadian Planter is expected at Wellington to-morrow from Auckland to continue unloading cargo from Canadian ports. The vessel is expected to leave Wellington on Thursday for Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. From Lyttelton the vessel proceeds to Timaru, Dunedin and Napier. Gale, after bunkering yesterday-, was dispatched for the Sounds, where she will load sheep for Lyttelton. Treleven will leave Lyttelton to-day for Dunedin, where she will continue discharge of her New York cargo. Now discharging Liverpool cargo at Napier the Federal and S.N. Company's steamer Northumberland, is expected at Lyttelton via Wellington on January Pakeha is due at Auckland on January 28 from Liverpool. She has cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She will load at Port Chalmers, Bluff. Auckland and Wellington. Matakana will sail from Wellington on February 1 for London. Yoniah is expected at Lyttelton tomorrow from Wellington to discharge New York cargo. West Nivaria is due at Auckland from the Pacific Coast on February S with ■ timber and caso oil. Katoa is expected at Lyttelton this morning from the south to load for Wellington, Napier, Gisborne and Au«fclard. Wahine will ho docked this morning at Lyttelton for cleaning and painting. The steamer Erriba, which arrived in New Zealand during August of last vear with a cargo of general merchandise from Montreal, has now been purchased by the A.U.S.X. Company, and lias been renamed the Murada, Another steamer, the Em it a, lias also been purchased by the same company, and has been re-named the Milora. II is advised by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the steamer I’uriri, rn route from Antwerp. Is scheduled to leave St John on Tuesday next for Auckland. Her other New Zealand ports of discharge are at Wellington, Lyttelton. Dunedin and New Plymouth. Verbanla arrived at Lyttelton yesterday morning from Westport, where the vessel took in bunkers. The Verbania made the trip front London to New York under the Cunard Steam Ship Co., her owners. Site was chartered at New York by the Commonwealth and Dominion Line to load for Australian ports. On discharging in Australia the vessel was chartered to make a trip to Nauru, and a further voyage to Ocean Island, where she loaded phosphate f..r Australia. Prior to coming across to New Zealand the vessel loaded 2000 tons of wheat at Melbourne for Ixmdon and the Continent. She will load w-.o| at Lyttelton and will complete her loading under charter to Scales and Co.. Wellington, at Wellington, Wanganui and Napier. The Verbania has a gross tonnage of 5021, and is in the command of Captain T. S. M. Pooley. WIRELESS NOTICE.
