(BY SINBAD). Some Yankee birds have hit upon a novel dancing craze They call it the Blackbottom and it knocks the Charleston fiat. The New York sheiks and Shebas all with it. the world amaze, they say it’s steps and motions are a thing to marvel at. Old England now is curious, as well we understand, and London's dancing masters seek the noA-el dance to know. And so by scores they listened-in while one in Yankeeland explained to them the big idea across the radio. Ten minutes’ talk for fifty quid, the notion makes me reel. I am a mug, my days, for I would find it better beer to shake a nimble heel, invent some, new and negroid hop and cash in on the craze. But yet concerning this new dance they’ve sent, by radio, I have a notion English folk will find it. rather weird. The Charleston must have thus been sent a few Short, moons ago. It certainly,appears as if some static interfered.
