SIX MONTHS’ GAOL FOR ISSUING BAD CHEQUES.
Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH, January 17. In the Police Court this morning. William Roberts was sentenced to six months’ hard labour on each of six charges of obtaining money aggregating £34 by means of valunless cheques, sentences to be concurrent.
