COMMITTED SUICIDE WHILE DEPRESSED.

Per Press Association. TIMARU, January 17. On Saturday afternoon Sydney E. Nicholas, aged 33, a stock agent, of Timaru, borrowed a gun, explaining that he wanted to shoot hares. Shortly afterwards bis body was found on the roadside, a hand grasping the gun, with a large hole in the head. At the inquest the Coroner returned a verdict that death -was caused by a gunshot wound, self-inflicted, whilst deceased was in a state of depression.
