£IOO PUZZLE COMPETITION RESULTS HELD OVER.
FINALISTS ON HOLIDAY CAUSE POSTPONEMENT.
So many telegrams have been received from finalists in the £IOO puzzle competition, stating that they cannot complete their extra papers in the time set, that it has been decided to grant an extension of the closing date to January 11, and results will be announced in the “Star" of January 12. Finalists’ entries must be in the hands of the editor of the Auckland “Star’’ by January 11.
