Mr J. Russell Brunt, registrar of the Canterbury Justices’ Association, is in receipt of the following communication from Mr J. T Kevern, president of the Federal Council of the Australasian Justices of the Peace: “ As president of the Federal Council, T desire, on behalf of the presidents and councils of the affiliated associations. to convw-v to all members and to brother and sister Justices of the Peace who are members of the overseas associations within the British Empire with which we are in close and friendly communion, the warmest greetings and good wishes for a bright and happy New Year.”
