MARRIAGE UNHAPPY ONE FROM START.

The text of the finding of the Vatican Tribunal, which annulled the Marlborough marriage, affirms that it was a prior attachment on the part, of the Duchess that made the marriage unhappy from the start, which all the witnesses confirmed, including the Duke, Duchess, and Mrs Vanderbilt. Accordingly Mis 6 Vanderbilt was not given the necessary libortv of contract to make the marriage valid Miss Cdnsuelo Vanderbilt was granted an annulment of her marriage with the Duke of Mari borough by the Pope. Her cousin, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Jnr., in an article published in New York last Sunday, declared th t she was forced by her title-seeking parents into the marriage, though at the time she loved a young American, who since has made a name and fortune for himself greater than that of the man she wed.
