WORK STARTED THIS MORNING; WILL NEW UNION BE FORMED? (Special to*the “Star.") WELLINGTON, November 23. Although the slaughtermen remain out. all other employees at Longburn decided last -night to break away from the old Union, and they started work this morning. It is understood that a new Union ■will be formed at Longburn.
