ROME, November 8. The mother of the boy Zamboni, who attempted to shoot Mussolini, has lost her reason and been placed in an asylum. DEPUTIES WILL VOTE WITHOUT DISCUSSION. ROME, November 8. The Chamber of Deputies will open to-morrow in unique fashion. By Mussolini’s desire there will be no speeches, and he himself will not speak. The Chamber will simply begin with the process of voting without discussion on the Government’s proposed new laws, including the Death Penalty Bill.
