The District Prosecuting Office al Dos Angeles has announced that there is no foundation for the widespread report that the Prosecutor, Mr J. M. Keys, will subpoena Mrs Kenneth Ormiston as a witness at the trial of Mrs Aimee Semple M’Pherson, the evangelist. who is charged with conspiracy. Mrs Ormiston is with her parents in Australia. Ormiston, who is still a fugitive from Justice is considered the principal witness.

Kenneth Ormiston was wireless operator at Mrs M'Pherson’s Angelus Temple. He alleged that Mrs M'Pherson was his companion in a house at Carmel hy-Sea. during part of the time •he was missing.
