FOUND BY AGENCY OF “STAR” PORTRAIT.

DONALD REED REACHES HIS FATHER’S ARMS.

Identified by the portrait in last night’s “ Star,” little Donald Reed whose mother lay unidentified at the morgue, has been restored to his father.
