WHITE S BRIDGE WILL BE CLOSED FOR LONG TIME.
“Selwyn unfordable on Main South Road” was a message received to-day by the Automobile Association. Another message from the Waimakariri stated that White’s Bridge, on the way to Kaiapoi, would be impassable for several days, owing to the flood waters, which cover Marshland Road to a depth of six feet..
