Miss Isabell Smythe and Miss Edna Smith leave to-night fur Wellington to attend the wedding of their cousin, Miss Irena Shearman. STUDENTS RELAX. Lectures are finished for the year at Canterbury College and at the College Hall last night students and friend’s were prevsent in large numbers at the final dance of the year. Relaxation Ball. The hall was tastefully decorated and supper was served in the gymnasium. The members of the committee responsible for the arrangements were: Misses S. Sadlier, C. West-Watson, P. B. Montgomery and Messrs W. L. Rutherford, D. G. Macdonald, F. J. Bennett and A. Acland (secretary). Bailey's band supplied the music. During the evening Mrs Chilton, wife or Dr Charles Chilton, rector of the College, presented the blues and trophies won during the year. The Rector, Dr C.
