SENIOR GAMES. St Albans v. Selwyn. St Albans playeS Selwyn at Lancaster Park. Selwyn attacked early, and Morris opened the scoring with a good shot. Selwyn pressed St Albans in the circle, but Hales cleared riicelj". Morris secured and netted again for Selwyn from a hard angle. Selwyn foreed a cor- ! ner, and Buxton saved two hot shots ! brilliantly. Play ranged up and down field for a time, mostly in Selwyn’s favour. S. Bell then put Selwyn three «head with a shot from close in. Franklin put in a good run for St Albans. h corner resulting. Off-side relieved for Selwyn. Selwyn secured a corner, and .Morris goaled with a clinking shot. Half-time came with the score:— Selwyn 4. StAlbans 0. Selwyn were dangerous after resuming. but Buxton saved nicely. Two raids by St. Albans were unsuccessful. Selwyn pinned St. Albans in the circle for a time, several shots missing by small margins. Selwyn forced a corner. but St. Albans cleared through Hales. A long clearing hit by Soper put St. Albans on the attack, a corner resulting which Selwyn cleared. • Right on the call of time C. Hore scored an easy goal for Selwyn, the game ending with the score: — SELWYN 5 ST ALBANS 0 SYDENHAM v. TECHNICALTeague scored twice for Technical and Grade added a. third. Then Gillespie opened Sydenham’s account and the half-time score was: 3-1. In the second spell Gracie scored in 1 a scramble, and then Hahn added a. i fifth- Teague notched his third, and !
