BRIGADE HAD NO CHANCE OF SAVING BLAZING BUILDING.

Per Press Association. DARGAYILLE, July 22. Aurega House, an eleven-roomed boardinghouse owned by John Barbarich, was destroyed by fire early this morning. The flames had a good hold when discovered and the brigade had no chance of saving the building. No one was living on the premises, which were undergoing alterations. The cause of the fire is a mystery. The owner was absent in Auckland. The insurances were; On the building £1400; and on the contents £SOO.
