THREE WOMEN KILLED IN GELIGNITE BLAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Telegraph. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. * PERTH, June 18. Two women, Mrs Holt and Mrs At- i kins, were killed in an explosion near Bunbury to-day. Mrs Holt, senor, the mother of the husbar.d of one of the women, succumbed to injuries, bringing the death roll to three. The house was destroyed. It appears that a number of gelignite caps were placed in an old stove i for safe keeping and Mrs Holt, jun., I unaware of this, lighted a lire in the i » stove, causing the explosion. '
