MONSTER ’PLANE TO BE BUILT BY EXPERT.

The Berlin correspondent of the “Morning Post” says that Dr R-amp-ler, the noted expert, announced to the Society of Aeronautics that he proposed to build an aeroplane having a two hundred feet spread of wings, being 125 feet long, and having ten engines, each of 1000 horse-power. It will attain a speed of 170 miles and will have accommodation for 130 passengers.
