Bird's Nests.—Take four hard-boiled eggs and half a pound of sausage meat. Divide the latter into four portions and cover each egg entirely with it. Mould into the shape of a cork with flat ends- Roll them in a little flour, brush all over with a well-beaten egg, cover with a quarter of a pound of crushed vermicellia and fry a golden brown in very hot fat.
