The Board of Governors of the Technical College last evening recorded its appreciation of the services to technical education of the late Mr J. H. Price, who was chairman of the board's Trades Committee and Trades Advisory Committee. Sympathy was expressed with Mrs Price and members of her family. The motion of regret at Mr Price’s death stated that his high ideals, sense, of service to the community, and sympathy with technical education, made him a valuable member of the board. The motion was moved by Mr M’Gregor Wright (chairman), seconded by Mr D. Rowse, and supported by Miss A. Robinson and Mr W. Jones.
