( A considerable improvement in the operating position of the Government Merchant Marine js shown in the annual report tabled in the House of Commons to-day. The operation loss has been reduced, according to the report, by 492,826 dollars, or 34.20 per cent, compared with 1021. despite the serious depression in the shipping business during 1925.
