ANGRY HOUSEHOLDER BURSTS INTO MEETING. It’s not right. The chairman: But this paper savs 7.30! The visitant: Yes, altered by a child of fourteen. Mr M. E. Lyons: Mr Chairman, under the Act the committee was not required to send out notices at all. The time of the meeting is fixed by statute. I (Laughter.) The visitant (crestfallen): Iluh! ; Gimme the paper! Again waving the paper, he retired - amidst ironical laughter and cries of > “ Good-bye ! ”
