TWO FOOTBALLERS IN HOSPITAL.
A. Mackic, in the Hornby-Marists Rugby League game at Monica Park, received a bad knock soon after the start. He was taken to the hospital, where it was ascertained he had suffered concussion. N. Wogan, playing for Linwood against Old Boys, fractured his right leg. He also was taken to the hospital.
