EASY MONEY.

Numbers of men have learned to live by looking for “Specs.” and dealing in property. The following story is vouched for. “He paid a deposit on a block; he roaded it, and cut it up; he sold the sections and made £2000,” and he was only one of them. You can make easy money if you buy right. A block with a forty-chain frontage to one good road, and a fivechain frontage to another, containing about twenty acres, can be bought cheap. It is in a good suburb near the city, close to the tram. The land is high and dry with some good trees, plenty of shelter and sunshine, a great view of the hills and the sunset. The air is great! No fog! No smells! No dust! Close to scho«sl, church and library. The buildings include a cottage and outbuildings and a deep well, at present well let. The river is near, and deep enough for a motor launch. Electricity for light and cooking runs along the frontage. The owner is out to sell, and his terms are: 10 per cent, deposit, 10 per cent, in three months, 5 per cent, in twelve months; balance 3 years at 6 per cent. The right to complete at any time, and Land Transfer Title. If the job is too big for you, get a friend to join you; it will not take much money to buy it, and there is money in it. Auction Tuesday, March 9. Full particulars from H. S. Richards and Son, H. G. Livingstone and Co. 6
