AIRMAN’S DEATH DIVE RECORDED FOR FILMS.

Callot, the airman who was killed near the Eiffel Tower, was underorders not to attempt the flight, which was against regulations. A group of cinema operators filmed the whole incident. There was ample room for the ’plane to pass through the base, but it required careful manoeuvring to avoid the wires anchored to the concrete beds 200 j r ards from the tower.
