SUN SPOTS AGAIN CAUSE CABLE DISORGANISATION.

A magnetic submarine disturbance, similar to that experienced recently, occurred in the Indian Ocean yester day, and disorganised the cable services, which are only now beginning to get back to normal. The disturbance, like the previous one, was due to sun spots.
