CHOLMONDELEY CHILDREN’S HOME.

The annual meeting of subscribers to the Cholmondeley Memorial Children's Home was presided over by Mrs C. Carrington. The annual report stated that the past year had been an eventful one. Chilton, Mrs W. Chrystall and Mrs J. A. Flesher were elected. The second meeting was called to amend the rules of the society, empowering the committee to sell their property at New Brighton. As this meeting was not called till late in the year, the completion of the sale of the property was delayed till after the new year. The report expressed thanks to all who had assisted the home during the year. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £14,180 16s 2d. The report and balance-sheet were adopted.
