SEEKING SITE FOR THE NEW COLLEGE.

Per Press Association. MARTON, February 25. The A. and P. Association last evenV ing entertained the Hon A. D. M’Leod, £lon C). J. Hawkcn, Messrs W. A. Veitch, C. J. Dickie and Gordon Elliott, M.P.’s, and also representatives of the district local bodies, when politics were taboo, though several speakers eulogised the Rangitikei as a suitable location for the Agricultural College. The Ministers had no announcement tc make regarding the decision as to the site. A large party left this morning on an extensive tour of the suitable site suggested by the local committee.
