MEN ORDERED TO GO BACK ABOARD QUIETLY. For Press Association. AUCKLAND. February 25. Trouble on the voyage of the Norwegian ship Hanna Skoglund culminated yesterday afternoon when five members of the crew were arrested on a charge of wilfully disobeying the lawful commands of the»chief officer. It was stated that the accused were under the influence of liquor and went ashore without leave. On their return they became troublesome, and the chief officer ordered them to go forward and'keep quiet. The Magistrate recommended the men to return quietly to ship, pointing out that if they were left behind they would be prohibited immigrants and liable to a fine of €IOO or three months’ imprisonment. He remanded them till 3 p.m., and said that if the ship sailed in the meantime they would be placed on board.
