February 25, 11.15 a.m.—City of Norwich, s.s., from Wellington. Kinsey and Co., Ltd. agents. NOTES. Canadian Spinner reached Bluff nearly a day late, owing to her delay in Dunedin, due to rain holding up loading operations there. To-mom/w is a holiday in Bluff, and the vessel is not expected to sail until Monday. She is due in Lyttelton on Wednesday. Word has been received at the New Zealand Shipping Agents’ offices that the St Lawrence River is free of ice. All vessels will now load fev Montreal direct instead of for Halifax. Canadian Spinner is now loading for Montreal, and will bo the first ship from New Zealand waters to go up the river in the new season. Canadian Challenger is due in Auckland from Halifax on March 7. She will discharge general cargo* at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Tiniaru and Dunedin. Her loading ports are not definitely fixed. S H IPPING TELEG R A MS. AUCKLAND, February 25.
