A proclamation appoints January 13 for tbe meeting of the new Federal Parliament, when the new members will be sworn in. The proclamation revokes tbe proclamation which proclaimed the existence of a serious industrial disturbance, prejudicing the peace, order and good government of the Commonwealth. The proceedings against Walsh and Johnson followed the issue of this proclamation.
