The Socialist Party has issued a manifesto declaring its readiness to collaborate with the Democratic Parties, which it has always helped and supported, but stating that so far as collaboration with the Government is concerned it cannot submit to appointments to Ministerial portfolios in accordance with Parliamentary strength. The manifesto concludes with an appeal to all sections of labour to fight to the death.
