FENG-TIEN TROOPS NOW IN RETREAT.

Representatives oi' General Feng Yuhsiang and Marshal Chang T.-o-lin have ‘■i'lii: d a peace agreement, whereby no Feng-tien troops will be stationed at Tien-st in. Feng-tien troops are retreating thirty miles cast of the Pekin-Hankow line. It was also agreed to establish a joint office at Pekin to discuss the questions of the premiership, the reconstruction of Cabinet and the election of a president. Marshal Chang Tso-lin informed the foreigners at Mukden that all Fengtien forces would be withdrawn from the Shan-tung.
