The authorities have decided not to allow the Soviet aeroplane to fly iron the fortified zone, and have ordered its dismantlement. The aviator has abandoned the balance of his trip, ana will return to Yladivostock. A message received yesterday stated: A Soviet aeroplane coming on a coui ■ tesy visit to Japan from Pekin faile 1 to follow the prescribed route and landed in the centre of the fortified zone at Shimonoscki. Jt was immediately seized and forced to fly to military headquarters at Hiroshima, .-.here it is held.
