The Soviet ( Government is sending a Trades Union delegation to Shanghai to encourage the Chinese strikers. The -Chinese Trades Union Federation lias telegraphed the chairman of the Soviet Trades Unions as follows:—"Warmest gratitude for moral and material assistance so far rendered."
