HOSPITAL MAY COVER THEM. The slippery floors, for which the Christchurch Hospital is famous, may soon bo no more. There will be no regrets (among either patients or visitors). On the motion of the acting chairman (Mr W. P. Spencer) the North Canterbury Hospital Board to-day decided to obtain estimates of the cost of covering the floors of the corridors with rubber. Mr Spencer said that at the present time the floors were very slippery indeed, and he had heard of visitors falling down. There was a big likelihood of injuries occurring.
