INDUSTRIALISTS EXPRESS SYMPATHY.
“The Fire Brigade does much valuable work, especially in protecting property,” Mr H. Willis said at last night’s meeting of the executive of the Canterbury Industrial Association. “Its services are for the benefit of the whole community. Jackman, was passed, expressing deep sympathy with Station-officer Noblett's relatives. Members also expressed sympathy with the firemen injured.
