The Riga correspondent of “ The Times ” says that the Bolshevist chiefs are showing fresh alarm at what they describe as Germany’s inclination to come to terms with 'the Allies. The Soviet Press is daily admonishing Germany not to join the League of Nations or subscribe to tbe pact, which is tantamount to subjecting herself and repudiating her friendship with Russia. She 13 warned that ip she does not follow Dlosccw’s advice, the Soviet Government will seek alliances elsewhere.
