CANTERBURY MEN WHO ARE NOMINATED. The following Canterbury nomina tions have been made for thc Aii Black team to visit New South Wales next month : I. Harris (Old Bovs). W. E. Elvv (Lin-wood*. J. Turpin (Linwood). O. AY. Turpin (Linwood). < ’. T. Oliver (Merivale). S. Baird (Old Boys). F. Kennedy (Ashburton)). D. Hay (Old Boys). 1. H. Brown (Christchurch). A. M'Cormack (Ashburton). P. Ward (Linwood. now at Waitara). Some doubt has arisen as to whether All Blacks in 1924 arc eligible for selection. and i anterbury has decided to nominate four of them provisionally. Robilliard and Masters are definite!v able, to go if required. Dailey and M'Gregor are not available, and replies are yet to be received from Parker and M’Cleary. Air 11. Davis will go north to-morrow night, and the New Zealand team will be picked on Saturday and Sunday.
