Simpson, M.A., tho distinguished Scottish preacher, passed through Christehureh this morning on his way to Mount Cook for a few days. ‘Mr Simpson will return to Christchurch on Saturday, ami will preach next Sunday, at Si Andrew's Church in the morning ami Sr Paul's at night. Mr Simpson. who is a nephew of the late Rev Dr Whyte, of Free St George's.
