CREW OF THE MOERAKI. By Telegraph—Press Association —Opyrigbt Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Fehruarv 12. 1-20 p.m.) MELBOURNE February 11. The Court granted the Union Company's. application for the cancellation of the contract between the master and members of the crew of the Moeraki. but ordered the men to be grantid free passages to New Zealand b\ the Manuka. The company offered to do this il cancellation were granted, as the men’s wages cease as soon as the Court order was made.
