Fogarty and Albert John Falloon, for cycling at night without a light, were each fined 20s. For having left cars unattended for longer than the specified time, the following penalties were, imposed ;—Victor M. Ambler, ss; Ivor Carlisle, ss; Charles E. Carletqn, os; Thomas M’CJelland, ss. Ray Radcliffe for pillion riding was fined os.
