\N lien one visits the show it is with the intention of having a jolly good day. chock- a-block full of ail the fun that is offering. Excitement, sensationaii ni. and jollity are the order of the day. It is there in abundance and lew fail to grasp the opportunity id making the day a red-letter one of the year. Tins year the show-going public will he provided with a thrill of thrills in the daring act of the Mira nos. No visiting company or any act performed m New Zealand has thrilled the public as the Miranos have. Thrill upon thrill is showered upon tlie audience by these daring men. Their act entails their soaring through the air .at ninety miles an hour; a slip means destruction. but they only smile at the terrible risks they are taking and look amused as they gaze at the terrified looks of the audience. They perform the most spine-chilling and hazardous feats ever attempted by living men. Tho expense for such a dazzling and sensational production must he enormous. There are aeroplanes, flying torpedoes, and three immense steel towers representing the famous Paris Eiffel Tower. The other two acts are just as sensational and hair-raising as the thrilling flying torpedo. Looping the iron loop is an act every man, woman and child should see, whilst their famous perch act will live in the memory of all who witness this spectacular feat. Along w ith the Miranos under extraordinary engagement is I varney, the hero of Wembley Exhibition, whose wonderful feat of lassoeing sixteen horses with a single loop, drawing a cork from a bottle, and flicking a silver coin from tlie hand with a lifty-foot stockwhip have won him world’s championship honours. Two Continental artists in the Saffora Sisters, with silver gear, is an act that has thrilled thousands. These young lady artists introduce one of the most dangerous and sensational acts ever attempted bv any artists of all time. One wonders what would , happen if they made a mistake but. like the Miranos, they say in their own French way ”No fear.” Tlie Mirano Bros, are to be congratulated upon securing the Saffora Sisters ns their act is remarkable and has never been equalled by any others that have ever visited New Zealand.
