CHINESE FOOTBALLER ILL
CANNOT SAIL WITH TEAM FOR CHINA.
When the Chinese “So,ccer” team visited Christchurch recently Mr xr. Chang, the team’s half-back, was admitted to Lewisham Hospital and was operated on for appendicitis. He suffered a relapse, and was operated on again yesterday. M r Chang is now progressing favourably, but he will be unable to return to China with the team, which sails on Friday.
